haha it's kind of hard to say who's gona win.
1. because the rosters aren't out yet.
2. because nobody tries.
if you're asking which conference is better, which is essentially the same question, it's easily the AFC. the comparison of the two conferences is completely lopsided this year. all of the talent is in the afc, it's about 10 times better.

AFC, because the AFC is a much stronger Conference than the NFC where being less than average is a wild card spot

It is hard to say, due to the fact that tha rosters aren't out yet. LT won't be that amazing, because of the NFC defense, and if Drew Brees is healthy and able to play, NFC.
