The original black and white was Bela Lugosi

I had to come back and add that Max Schreck played a version of Dracula in a 1922 silent movie, but he wasn't called Dracula...He was called Nosferatu.

The one and only Bela Lugosi, he even slept in a cofin in
his castle, for real, he lived that part to the hilt, probably
because he could not find any other parts, the poor guy
got sterotyped and he was a wonderful stage actor way
back when.
