i have a research paper the question is As an IT director for a company is it possible to implement Microsoft Vista as they're desktop and server solutions in January 2007?

no. Server solutions will come in late 2007. desktop solutions are coming out on January 30, 2007. i am a vista beta tester and have tested it for 5 years..i am a specialist so email me if u have more questions: help_wwkidz@yahoo.com...thnx

The businesss version of vista is already available. Sever versions wont be out for a while. My company is testing the final busines version of Vista on desktops and will switch completely to Vista in January. But still running on Windows 2003 and 2000 servers.

this is a catch 22 situation but I would say yes... I am a systems builder.. and I did read the vesta will be out for busineses in december so if the it man works fast then yes.... but most will wait to see how things go before installing vesta... rule of thumb is dont install the first version wait a couple of months till all the problems have been sorted out with it
