I play Santa at the mall every winter. One of the gags I like to play is when a child is on my lap getting our picture taken, I whisper in his or her ear "I am not real. Santa does not exist." I've sent a few kids home crying but just blame it on them being nervous to the parents. Now the mall isn't asking me back. What gives? How can I reclaim my job and sue for discrimination?

First off, I'm intrigued by the fact that you are trying to get a job back playing Santa Claus at a local mall...

And second, do you really think any employer will hire you back if you sued them for discrimination?

Seriously now--

I would try to sue for weight discrimination and possibly hair color....I think you need to go back to santa school and be re-trained....ask for the ESP program and tell them you realize you have "issues" but that you really need to work 4 weeks of the year to support your drinking habit!

You have too much free time on your hands. Try finding a hobby that doesn't involve acting like a goof on Yahoo Answers and trying to get a rise out of people.
