Captain Marvel (SHAZAM!)
The world's mightiest mortal, much more interesting alter-ego as a school-age kid. Even beats Superman, because he doesn't have Supes 2 big weaknesses (magic and kryptonite)

You didn't give any criteria... so....
Captain America is the greatest superhero EVER!
Why? Because he's more then just a man... he's the embodiment of an ideal. He may not be the most powerful, nor the fastest, but he is the greatest... better then Superman because at the end of the day Steve Rogers is still just a human... prone to the doubt that humans all have. Superman, on the other hand, is still invunerable and alien at the end of the day... he can never not be that way.... where as Captain America has to overcome his human flaws every day.

in USA = Spiderman cos hes smart and cunning, superman is just too dumb always get owned by villain first before he could strike back.
in JAPAN = Goku of Dragonball cos he seems always protecting the world and have even sacrified himself so many times

well superman could own everyone cause he is unstoppable....so marvel makes him get beat up to kill time or make a story line.....hes kool....but i have always like batman better cause hes actually human and always got the chicks.....and i like to watch those hot girls like ivy and that joker girl
