Seeing smart people making idiotic choices is pretty disappointing.

Planned a gathering during new year day where only 50% arrived. All agree so but the other 50% called on the day of gathering saying unable to make it.
Its not the food wasted causes my disappointment, is the effort that I made to contact all people. And most of the 50% who attended are those who are more difficult to invite and yet they were there.

the fact that my daughter moved out before the end of school and that she is missing school..she left on a sour note (she damaged her room ) (bad mouthed her parents at school with lies) (told lies to my sister,my sister believing her)..My sister telling her it was OK to leave..saying I would have done the same thing. WITHOUT TALKING TO ME..that's what disappoints me..I don't want Christmas..no festive feelings..
