Yep - including making the dough and sauce. If you want homemade but you don't have the time, a number of grocery stores sell pre-made dough, often at the bakery. This is not in a can or already baked - it's just the dough, all pounded and risen and ready for you to flatten out and add your sauce, cheese, and toppings.

I posted this as an answer to another question. It's not completely from scratch, but if you like pepperoni pizza, you'll love these.
To make 8 pizzas you need:
4 english muffins (sour dough or crispy)
Pizza Sauce
Grated Mozzarella
1 tomatoe (diced)
4 Pepperoni sticks (long skinny ones) sliced into 1/8" thick slices (its easy to slice all 4 at once)
Split english muffins in half (you'll end up with a top half and bottom half for a total of 8 pizzas), place muffins (split side up) on a foil lined cookie sheet (foil makes cleanup a breeze). Spread pizza sauce on muffins with a spoon, then randomly place about a dozen pepperoni slices on top of the sauce. Put diced tomatoes on top of pepperoni and sprinkle with salt & pepper. Cover with grated mozzarella and garnish with 4 or 5 more pepperoni slices (these will be nice & crispy after broiling). Broil at 450 degrees for about 10 minutes (until golden brown).

Not I. I was at my friends house and his mother made a pizza from scratch. She went to culinary school, so I assumed she could cook something.

certain. almost continuously on a pizza stone, on my fish fry. The crust is made from scratch, I toss slightly cornmeal, on the stone, slide the crust on, close the lid, open the vents, and enable it bake for type of three-4 minutes. Then open the lid, swirl on the sauce, upload the cheese and toppings, close the lid and enable it bake for yet another 5-8 minutes. each and every so often i am going to make it interior the oven, even though it comes out perfect on the fish fry.

Yeah we make mini pizzas. We use biscuits we kind of flatten them out with the palms of our hands, spread some sauce on them, put some cheese on it then top with whatever you want. I use mushrooms, olives, broccoli and just about anything else that you want.

Yeah, all the time. My own pizza tastes exactly the way I like it, not the way someone else does.
