we've good weeks, and undesirable weeks. it truly relies upon. It makes it even more advantageous troublesome because my husband works graveyard, so even as he's residing house, hes both very drained, or we cant get time on my own (we've 2 small toddlers). This week, we did it once. My husband had 2 nights off this week, so the plan replaced into both nights to have some "on my own" time, it worked the first nighttime, although the 2d nighttime both the toddlers ended up in mattress with us. thankfully, in alittle over a week we are happening a vacation without the toddlers for an early anniversary element (we are bothe rather busy even as our anniversary roles round), so the plans are... a minimum of like 10 situations even as we are lengthy gone! Ive were given a sparkling piece of undies for each nighttime we are there :) SOOOO excited.

On average 2 - 5 times per week depending on work, and other commitments that either knacker you out or keep you apart.

that includes weekends where it can be done more than once and weekdays when you dont do it.
Again depends on your stress levels and physcial strength and libido!
