Does my computer need to be plugged in to work? Because there is plugs all over the place and in the wall, and they look really ugly behind my computer desk so I want to take them all off. If I take all the plugs and wires off my computer, can I stull use the internet and my computer? Also it takes up lot's of electricity so it would be great if I could just unplug it all and still use the computer.

Here's the simple approach:
You need one power cord and one internet connection cable visible behind your computer desk. Most computer desks have holes (about 2" diameter) to accept the cables that connect the monitor, keyboard, mouse and printer. You should be able to place a surge protector inside the desk to provide power to each item that requires it. Then run the surge protector cord to the wall outlet.
Place the computer in the lower part of the desk and run the cables through the hole and back into the computer. Run the internet cable from the computer to your internet connection. Coil up excess cable inside the computer desk and secure the coils of excess cable or cord with a plastic tiewrap or some tape.
The result will be much neater on the visible surfaces of the desk.
Remember to leave slack in the mouse and keyboard cables so that they can be moved as necessary. Everything will have to be reconnected, but very little of it needs to be visible.
Good luck.

Step 1: Unplug the computer.
Step 2 (invovles travel): Move computer base and power cord to bath tub and plug into electrical socket. Turn it on too.
Step 3: Fill bath tub with water , as far as you can go up.
Step 4: Go inside of bat tub.
TIP: Make the water comfortable for yourself
Step 5: QUICKLY move the computer into the water.

Enjoy!

Insted, there are some power cords that have designs that are soooo cuteee! you can also hide them in some way, maybe like a box of some type. I hope i have been of help!
