wich one is better to work studyng animals or in labs studyng animals samples

I guess it depends on the personal preference but I would rather work in veterinary technology. Working with live animals and saving their lives seems to be much more desirable than working with dead animals and animal parts.

I'd say medical. We need more honest and hard-working techs.
Not that I am into hurting animals for the human species' progress, but I think that the companies need people like you.
