lets say i were to run for 30 days, 3x a week for about 20 mins. How many lbs around would i lose? and if i ate moderately like odd bad snack here and there but lots of water and good protein how much would i drop? oh and right now i weigh 143 and im 5'9

u have a good weight right now ur BMI should be about 21

Wow, that's a really subjective question. It really depends on your body and your metabolism. Roughly speaking someone could lose anywhere from 5-30 pounds, depending on so many different factors, including diet, length of exercise program, body style, metabolism, etc.

im not too sure how much u would lose.. but since ur tall just try to lose 20-25 pounds

depends on if you have a medical reason for wieght, if not depends on how many calories are in your moderate eating.

thats really pretty skinny. you dont NEED to lose weight!!!!!!!!
