My boyfriend and I are in our early 20's. We have been together almost 7 years. We two boys-a 5 year old and a 9 month old. Being a guy he has more of a sexual appetite then I do and he is starting to think our spark is going out because we havent done anything in a couple weeks. I want to know some ways that I can spice things up for us. I am kinda lame when it somes to the bedroom and I want to know how I can be more exciting in a decent way-nothing corny like play dress up or anything. please help me.

Your answer may be as close as the nearest video store. Renting a sensual movie might get the blood (and other fluids) flowing again. It doesn't have to be a porno--although there are some very tasteful adult movies made specifically for couples.

Offerings in main stream video that were very provocative include "Unfaithful," "9 1/2 Weeks," "Basic Instinct" and "Sea of Love."

Put the kids to bed, get into something not-so-comfortable, light a couple candles and curl up with him and a bottle of wine to watch.

Here's lookin' at you, kid.

I'm happily married with 3 children and the flames are still burning. An old song from when we first met will come on the radio and it will light the fire. Try thinking back and remember the things that made you fall in love in the beginning. A favorite song, movie, place etc. Set sometime aside after the kids are asleep and sit close and simply talk about those times, and watch the magic unfold. This is as simple as it gets, but it really works.

lol its amazing how quick people answer when it comes to sex=D
i saw some tv show or something where this couple had tried "everything" and someone suggested that they try being romantic as a couple. forget the toys and the videos and stuff like that.
it sounds corny but it works for me lol. put on some music and just talk about all the stuff you like and want in life. like when you first met. try and get to know them even better.
good luck and hope everything works out!

Why dont you both go to a local sex shop and find some useful toys you both can play with in the bedroom. You both can do something new together and have fun doing it while pleasuring yourselves. Also try this website for plenty of more ways to spice things up...

It is understandable that you might not be in the mood, so do things to help put yourself in the mood before bed. I know it might be difficult with little ones, but take some time for yourself. Take a bath, put on some special lotion or perfume, and just let yourself feel sexy. Also, if he is interested in sex, then he should do things for you that make you feel special or give you that precious time alone. In the long run, it will work to his advantage to treat you well.

You can always use different foods to spice up the bedroom along with lighted candles. Just be creative and start reading books on romance.

role play is one of the hottest ways to add a change without chaging your partners! also being emotionally stimulated is more important to women than men, ask him to rub your back and or chat intimatly with eachother. this will spark your emotions and get him the results he's after. good luck, if all else fails porn is a great alternative? LOL

Put the boys to bed, then light some smelly candles, play some romantic music, give each other a massage with oil,by then you should be relaxed and ready to make love.

Talk to each other about what you want in bed (what feels good). It may be embarrasing at first but once you see the results you'll be telling him all kinds of things! Also do things together without the kids. Make yourself feel sexy with lingerie, candles, lotion, whatever it may be. Good Luck!

OK I can only suggest that you make it a habit to seduce him when you can...Just re-create the passion. But no matter what ...don't bring a 3rd person into the bedroom. It can only end in disaster... Every couple I met that did so...ended up in divorce.
