For right now yes. They was sold out within the first few days after the launch. I would expect about the same thing for the second shipment but who knows you could get lucky enough to get your hands on one.

In most places yes. If you find one you are extremely lucky. You can still find them on ebay and places like that but they are alot more expensive.
Also I heard on the news someone who got the last ps3 at a bestbuy somewhere got shot because the person in line behind him had a gun. The world we live in is a scary place when someone shoots someone because they got the last video game.
