I was driving to my doctors appointment my due date is christmas day and i have to go once a week for a check up.I was driving 55 in a 40 mile an hour zone and was talking on the phone arguing with my bf Vinny . I was pulled over , i freaked out started to cry, and threw my cell phone/prada bag at the officer.Ended up in a lot of trouble and though i was not arrested i do have to go to court and am really scared?what can i do if i tell my bf he will be really upset that i was iresponsible?

Should i ask my parents for help?I am a 23 year old woman but i know nothing on how court system works?I was charged with assault of an officer,and was ticketed with a speeding ticket/reckless driving.

Well, you should get a lawyer for sure. I don't think this is a big deal though. Be remorseful with the court and officer and you'll walk away with some fines and a slap on the wrist.
Tell your future husband. What are you going to do, not tell him? He'll find out and then be really angry. Tell your parents too so that they can help you and offer advice. You made a mistake and did something foolish. Admit it and call in the troups to help you.

OK get a doctors statement to explain your emotional state...and take what they give like an adult.... as for your bf...he deserves to know whats going on...just ask him to help with a bill. when he asks what bill...say Lawyer bill...and then tell him.

unless he is your husband he doesnt need to know a damn thing...but you do need to get a lawyer...dont worry....you wont go to jail...cour rooms are very intimidating, but the last thing a judge wants to do is put anyone in jail, unless they are worthless scumbags....you will most likely get probation, and pay some fines....unless you have, "mrs" in front of your name, its none of his business...get it over with and move on
