Plant cells are eukaryotic and have many of the structures found in animal cells.

Plant cells differ from animal cells in lacking:
centrioles
intermediate filaments
and having:
plastids
a cell wall
large vacuoles

Well, if your going to have a test question on it, then its likely going to ask about the differences between it and the animal cell.

Lets see:

A plant has a rigid cell wall, chlorplasts, and(i think) no ribosomes.

I actually slept through most of Biology I, so someone else might be able to elaborate more...
