...What other time did Mitchell lose his pants on Stargate SG-1?

In the 10th season episode Memento Mori, there's a little bit of dialogue between Carter and Mitchell about him losing his pants:

-"I just think it's funny how you're always losing your pants."
-"Not 'always losing my pants.' It's happened twice. Twice is not always."

And that 'twice' has bugged me since. What other time did this happen? What episode? Or is it like Carter's incident on P3X-595 that was never shown on the show ("...remember that time on P3X-595, you drank that stuff that made you take off..." "We won't get into that now.") and something we're just supposed to assume happened in one of their other missions?

I think it was the episode Ripple Effect in season 9 episode 13 where there were alternate sg1s. When they switch Mitchells they put him in the cell without his pants. Even though it was the alternate universe mitchell. Below are links showing it.
