A lot of times when I'm walking on the treadmill I notice my fingers swell and feel tight. Is this something normal or a sign of something else? Is it because my hands are hanging down and all the blood is flowing to them?

Increased blood flow. Your whole body swells a little, but it is most noticeable in the hands and feet. Relax. It's nothing to worry about.

From own journey, i comprehend the reality of what you communicate. My knowledgeable wager will be that it has to do with veins and the enlargement of veins using higher oxygen intake which supplies you extra oxygen on your bloodstream and therefore extra weight on your outer limbs and extremities like fingers and ft--causing them to swell at joints and the position there are a good type of veins (like the hand).

I got that too. I just thought because I'm dehydrated. Usually it goes away after I drink lots of water and take a shower.
