Depending on what side of the fence you seek your answer.
1. Gods word says she should remain faithful to the one she is married to and trust Him (God) to help her work her marriage out and restore the love that she should have for him (husband). Through that, we are taught that her faith could (but not always) restore him to the man he should be.
2. On the other side of the fence, the world may say, go for it and at any cost. If she doesn't love him, then it's okay for you to convince her to have an affair with you and maybe through that, she will leave her husband and you can win her over.

obviously you intend to be the one who takes her "innocence". if so, what will you offer her?. will you marry her if she divorces? will you support her , and treat her children as your own? or will you do as so many do, and steal the fruit from the forbidden tree, only to find it isn't so sweet now that you have tasted it. do her a favor and leave her alone. it's hard enough to stick to your morals. if she ever feels she loves you, and wants you, just let her know to count on you . then step back. be a gentleman. she seems like a lady.

Honey, let her decide...maybe she really does love her husband and just because YOU like her, maybe she said that she doesn't, to not hurt your feelings. Then its upto her to decide, if she wants to be with you or the other guy. But watch out, he's a criminal, you dont want him coming after you!!!

If she is married she should be faithful. When she files for a divorce and gets it Then she will be available until then there are more fish in the sea. Start fishing.

No happiness comes out of other peoples misery. She needs to finish her relationship with him before any thing at all is between you. You always get back what you dish out.

i would recommend you advise her not to play with herself in front of the children; it is not very nice....then she can stay innocent, but she must play with herself everyday for one hour.
she will enjoy herself and be innocent.
