I see liberals using this word a lot, is it like slow job?

It just means that someone is crazy or screws up a lot, and i see people from the entire political spectrum use it, not just liberals.

This can be applied to anybody.... let's see, who were some fameous " Nut Jobs " ? The Iranian President, The American President, Ann ( the rabid plagerist ) Coulter, Idi Amin, The Roman Emperor Caligulae, Adolf Hitler, Joseph McCarthy, Charles Manson, Ted Bundy, Henri Christophe of Hati, They come in all shapes and sizes. Bill O'Reiley, Grover Norquist, Katherine Harris, ... Not all of them are conservative...but many are.
Ted Nugent, I could go on. The Chinese Emperor who burned books, executed the Confucian scholars and built the Great Wall of China may qualify. Imagine having a dinner party with these people.
