Bear in mind that I'm only posting this because I have a compulsive need to make film lists and share them, but feel free to answer it anyway. Mine are:

1. Pink Floyd - Live at Pompeii
2. The Last Waltz
3. Stop Making Sense
4. Gimme Shelter
5. The Kids are Alright

Runner-up: Sympathy for the Devil (So it's not technically a concert film, but it's Godard and The Stones, so I have to include it)

Working with a bit loose definition of 'concert film' (so the Beatles' stuff can be included herein, although 'A Hard Day's Night' was definitely scripted, and both that and 'Let It Be' are more documentary than strictly concert film):

1. A Hard Day's Night
2. Woodstock
3. Let It Be
4. Ziggy Stardust
5. Stop Making Sense

Other good ones: Graceland, A Concert for George, Warren Zevon's hourlong appearance on David Letterman.

By the way, the best concert CD is One Night Stand: Sam Cooke Live at the Harlem Square Club.
