try an epulatior like BRAUN, its fantastic, i used to have the same problem as you up until 3 months ago, now i don't shave and my hair growth is so soft that i can get away with it. There are many on the market and they are cheap, have a shop around to find the best one for you, but trust me they do work & you will see results after the first go. Its kind of like waxing your legs but simpler, and less painful, it may hurt the first time but you wont feel it after that. good luck.

p.s: keep in mind there is no magic creams on the market that will slow down hair growth. (although there may be some out there, they just dont work),

Plucking (tweezing), Shaving, Depilatory creams and Waxing are temporary hair removal methods.
Waxing usually lasts for 3 weeks, but it is painful.
Electrolysis and laser hair removal are “permanent” hair removal methods but are expensive and you have to find a trained professional, otherwise your skin could be damaged.

Waxing! Yank those persnickity hairs right out of there! Takes about a week to start coming back. Then you have to let it get a little long to Wax again, but the hair will get finer and softer.

Try waxing...it is the best way to "shave". (This is said by all the deratomilests!)
