Okay, this is one weird question and I'm not sure where people really come up with this stuff, but anyways here is my answer.
No, it's not true that Americans make sex with their sisters. First of this question is worded wrong, but I get the point. Americans making sex with their sisters is first of all illegal in America and most guys that thought doesn't cross their mind as it is gross and called incest.

No, not all Americans have sex with other family members. there are just some really sick individuals around the world. and I would like to make a comment to the immature people who said southerners do that..... Get a grip, and grow up. I live in Tennessee, and I have absolutely no desire to have sex with my brothers, cousins,uncles sisters,mothers, aunts or any other family members. and I would also like to point out, that incest happens a lot more in the West. for Example : Utah. the Mormons are famous for such a sickening act, so the next time you feel the need to make stereotypical accusations, you just remember that.
