There is no treatment for spinal cord injuries, unless you're thinking of pain killers or something. If you injure your spine, that's it, you can't go back to normal. There is no way that your spine is capable of healing itself i.e. quadraplegics.

i have a spinal cord injury and i have been to rehab and i am starting to walk again

If you can access the net for your question in Yahoo, then what's keeping you from researching on the topic on your own? How do you know the answers given you are correct? A little lazy?
