I have had various problems for the last month, and I've been working on figuring out what the problems are.

I have had pains in my testicles, dry sore skin on my penis, and burning on my anus.

I was tested for clymidia and gonorrhea, both results were negative.
I have no visable sores anywhere.
So I'm baffled.

This all started a day after I did a VERY heavy work day, now is it possible I have a form of jock itch in my rear? And would this explain anything?
The burning goes away when I'm taking a shower, and again, I have no sores or anything.

I am straight and nothing goes up my rear so no telling me about butt sex problems.

Thanks for any help you can offer.

Try getting tested for other STD's that you haven't been tested for. In some cases other then STD's, if you eat very spicy foods all the time then you may feel a burning sensation before and after your bowel movements. Sometimes the burning can be persistent until it gradually fades away. Go to your doctor to seek help and you may have some sort of infection also. Whatever the problem may be, i wish you much success in finding the answer.

Stop asking here, and go seek a physician, you want to avoid getting an infection. the digestive system absorbs the MDMA more then your anus ever will. And you have to think how much of that crap is really pure. good day.

you need to go to your regular doctor and tell him that you had both the other test that came out neg. If you had both of the other things they would cause you to have a huge amount of discharge from your penis more so with gonorrhea then clymidia. Do you have any other muscle aches in your body like in your arms, legs or even maybe some hair falling out..?

To make sure that you are not embarrassed when you go to regular doctor you might go to google and type the center for disease control and check the symptoms of syphilis (spelling). This sight will also maybe have the answers you are looking for if you think it might be something else. Alot of time syphilis you dont know until it is in the second stages and the third stage is death.

if you have no bumps then warts can be ruled out and if you dont take things up in the poop shoot then wart inside the anus is unlikely.

you can go to the county health department most of the times they will treat you for free just to get rid of whatever might be wrong with you just so you wont spread it to someone else. They also have more test there (because they deal with VD everyday-if that is what it is) then your normal general practicton will have because they see it more then a regular doctor.

One time I had extreme pain in my right leg, and I went to two hospitals for ex-rays and two doctors. all said and found I had nothing. I even went to a regular doctor who speciality was VD. I thought I danmaged my leg in a accident that apparently no ex-ray could see. The pain got worse and no one believed me. I couldnt sleep every night due to the pain so the doctor gave me pain and sleeping pills. My hair started falling out and the doctors said I had ellopica (spelling-a disease that causes your hair to fall out in spots, usually caused do to stress).then I went to a WOMAN doctor for a problem I was having not related to my pain. she walked in and said to me and looked me in the eyes and said we can not treat you for this other until we test and most likely treat you for syphlis. I about **** my pants, come to find out I did have this and was treated for it and my leg pain went away, hair grew back, sleep normal and I was very angry at the four doctors I had saw before that. I was in the second stages and the third is death. I am not saying this is what you have but pain like that can be a sign. Start online at the Center for disease control, after researching there then make your next move. Emarrassing as it may be you need to be honest with your regular doctor and you never know this might be something everyone has but you dont know it because everyone is afraid to talk about it like they would a cold or flew.

Example....

Do you have a rash of any sort? You may have a fungal infection, (athletes foot is one fungus, there are many, many more)...

This may sound lame, but try one of the vaginal yeast cream things on it... I had some strange itchy patches on my back and chest courtesy of a lady friend of mine... nurse/doctor recommended the stuff.

Otherwise, I'd see a doctor - we're talking some pretty important parts here...

Try some hydrocortisone cream. That may help with the burning itching thing. I suggest you see a doctor right away.

pains IN your testicles? if thats the case be safe and see a urologist. if all the problems are external, on the skin, it is common. in the south we call it "gig butt" when you sweat in the heat and go too long without a shower. fungus? rash? you may have both.
