We like to incorperate family names into the baby names so we came up with this..........Kaiden Benjamin............Benjamin is my little brothers name. Neither me or my sister are having anymore kids (after this baby for me) and ben is not in any baby names. He is an amazing uncle even though he is only 13 and i love him so much

The name has a nice sound to it. Go with it. Kaiden means friend or companion in Japanese.

i know a Caiden, Aden, and a Jayden already and my youngest sister is completely in love with the name Hayden for a girl (I'm not sure sure about it). Aiden is the number 1 name right now....so any name with an aiden sound to it is very popular.

i think in 5-6 yrs. your child will be in a class with 20 other little aiden type names...and it will be confusing, kind of like Jennifer and Jessica were in the 80s.
I'm a Jennifer....i remember in one of my classes in Jr. high school there were 10 of us. there are only so many ways you can stretch a nic name out of Jennifer.
Jen, Jenn, Jenna, Jennie, Jenny...etc etc. it just ended up that we were called Jennifer F., Jennifer C. and so on.
i HATED my name growing up.

Kaiden is a darling name. but there are just a TON of them right now.

i really love Benjamin! Ben is a cute nic.

try this site...if you type in the Name you like...it gives you a graph cart of how popular a name has become in recent years. the higher and sharper the spike...the more popular it is. blue spike for boys, pink for girls.

Benjamin is great. Kaiden won't age well, it's trendy now and also unisex. I'd suggest Aidan Benjamin instead, or Kevin Benjamin.

Make Benjamin the baby's FIRST name!
Kaiden sucks---hard to spell, pretentious, and just stupid. If you have to put "Kaiden" in---for God;s sake make it the middle name. Better yet, make the middle name K, no period.
Benjamin K, Benny K, BK, BeeKay.....yep

All better than Kaiden--that is very girlish, by the way!
