Sure, pills work. They work very well. They mess up your body and you have to take them for the rest of your life for the weight to stay off, but yeah they work.

Weight loss isn't just a quick fix, and it's not found in a pill. Weight loss is a whole lifestyle change, and for that there is no pill available.

Cut back on the fatty foods, eat in moderation.

Exercise nightly for at least 30 minutes.

That's it. That's the core of weight loss. Don't depend on a pill.

I went to Slim4Life and took upwards of 18 pills a day just for weightloss. Guess what? It nearly put me in the hospital. When I stopped taking them, I gained back 20 pounds when I had only lost 10.

It wasnt effective for me but Trimspa was. I only had to use it a few months and Ive been off for two months and still lost more. Im 111 now. Its awesome! Tip: the Citra spa formula is best!
My dietr delima was I love to eat and tho I wasnt overweight one day I would be. So the pill helped shrink my stomache so now I eat real portions and dont forget the excerice,being skinny isnt sexy if you have a saggy butt.

*sigh* When will people learn that exercise is the best way to lose weight. It does not even cost money or have side effects, and its healthy. :p

fresh herbs can really zing up a healthy meal try growing some in the kitchen using a strawberry pot preserve the flavor by adding fresh herbs at the end of the cooking process
