Im getting a gift for someone. A hooka, incase you havent guessed. I, however, am not eighteen. Do you have to be over eighteen to buy the hooka, or just the tabacco for it? Kind of light lighters when we were younger. They would sell us the lighter, but not the fluid. Does the same go for this? Will i even be alowed in the shop?

Yes, you do have to be 18, since the hookah is presumably being bought as a "tobacco" delivery device. You also have to be 18 to enter a smoking goods store in my state, and you can't buy a lighter if you're not 18, either.

LOL I dont think its that serious, I'm sure you'll be allowed in the shop to buy the "hooka". I pronounce it as arghileh, but you aslo can say hooka. Try the two apple tobacco flavor its the best.

Your probably too young to buy the hooka, or the "tobacco" (wink-wink) for it.

LMAO! I sort of mis-read this question. I thought you were looking for something else. N/M. I think what YOU are looking for is a Huka. :-)
