PREDOMINANTLY (or predominately) is an adverb and used to indicate the feature or quality that is most apparent in a situation.
Example : Public opinion seems to be predominantly in favour of capital punishment.

predominately means the same as mostly or almost all IE a school is predominately whits which means the school has mostly white students in it

For example:
If a neighboorhood is predominately Italian, it means that MOST , but NOT ALL of the families that live there are Italian.

PREDOMINATELY and PREDOMINANTLY essentially mean the same thing, and yes, they both are viable words. PREDOMINANTLY is the more commonly used variation.

I'm not sure if you mean PREDOMINANTLY or PREDOMINATE.

Both are words. I don't think PREDOMINATELY is a word.

As in "predominantly male" meaning having mostly males.

Also, "more dominantly"
