I'm sure you've heard of these Chicago hauntings.
- St. Valentines Day Masacre site - I pass this one by all the time, it's creepy.
- Biograph theater where John Dillinger was shot, but it was some guy standing behind him, caught in the crossfire, that supposedly haunts the alleyway.
- Resurrection Mary the girl in white who died on her prom night haunts the cemetary.

There is a wooded area not far from my town were the British killed women and children durring the Revoultionary War. On a new noon night you can hear them crying, or at lease that is what people say. I hunted there once before I knew the TALE, and did not finish the days hunt. It felt as if something ice cold was trying to pass through me. I told a friend in school a few days later that is when I learned of the TALE. I was looking for a lost child out there another time and I frond the base of the burnt out house and the child. Who kept saying "WHY ARE THEY TOUCHING ME?' There was no one there but me and him, and his people did not know about the TALE either. So what did he feel? OR I?

It may not be famous, but in my small Indiana town there is this creepy mansion behind some baseball fields. Some claim it is an orphanage, but if they are no one has seen any orphans, caregivers, or the like. In fact, they haven't seen anything from there. My dad (who works for AT&T) went ther to fix a phone line and said it was the creepiest place he's ever been to. Someone came up to him and prayed for the phone line! Long story short, that place is wierd beyond words.

In Banning ca, there is a payless shoe source that has a little boy ghost in it. Apparently he was ran over by a car when he ran out of the store years ago. Now, they say his ghost haunts the employee breakroom there. You don't usually see the same employee twice, story is they are scared of the ghost. The store is in the sun lakes shopping center next to crescent jewelers.
