Who in Tarnation are these people? I don't live in Saudi Arabia...I installed a program from the internet, and it hasn't been the same since. Help! I am using Mozilla Firefox. When I use Internet Explorer, no problem...

sounds like you got caught with spyware...run adaware and spybot s&d and see if that helps resolve your problem.

Get adaware, spybot, and search and destroy.

And be more careful next times.\


Maybe they set you up with a proxy.

Go to tools options general connection settings, does it say anything as far as a proxy goes. Do this in firefox. If it does take it off.

Or you delete firefox and reinstall it from scratch.

1st un-install everything you think you put on ... then boot into safe mode by hitting f-8 , in safe mode the crap will not load up .... should be ok after that ...
