What you do is for one day every week...
put lotion on you legs on get a fan blowing on them so that the lotion drys and when it drys put more on! then do this for about a hour. do not touch the lotion after it is on so that noting will desturb besides the fan. i suggest doing this when reading or wacthing a tv show marathon.

My body gets really really dry....oh do I hate this season but to relax my self from so much itchy scratchy In the winter I usually put baby oil In my bath water while Its running and soak a couple minutes before I wash up. You can also use the baby oil In the shower after washing rub Into hands and all over then rinse and pat dry body. Maybe using any type of moisture oil product you rinse In shower or bath will help. Baby oil Is the cheap way to go If you don't mind spending a couple dollars check Into bath and body works they have got this awesome amazing gel you apply all over and then rinse.... WOW!! you'll be extremely happy and smell good too!

What I would suggest is using Dove soap, no perfume in it and a really good mosturizer such as aaveno or eucerin. My son has ecczema really bad and this what the physician has suggested I also worked with several who have very dry skin and we do the same thing plus we tell them not bath every day in the winter, as this will also dry the skin. Good Luck

Try a moisturizing body wash everyday in the shower followed by moisturizer for dry skin.. Than every night before you go to sleep, lather your legs and feet up with a thick layer of moisturizer or lotion and pop on some long socks that will come up to your knees. when you wake up in the morning you will have extra smooth legs that look so healthy and not dry. good luck.

p.s for dry patches on your face ask your doctor for a script for Sigmacort 1% cream. it gets ride of dry patches quick smart.

There is a cream at Bath and Body Works by C.O. Bigelow and Co. It's great. I too have extremely dry skin and I used it all last winter. No more dry skin. It worked great and I won't go a winter without it now. It's a little expensive but worth it.

I use Eucerin. It is a really good lotion, you can get it at Wal Mart or Target. It comes in pump bottles or small canisters-the canisters are thicker.
My skin gets awful in the winter-my doctor gave me a perscription of a cream called Triamcinolone Acetonide 0.1%. It is a steroid cream used for excema and it worked WONDERS on my dry spots- only 2 applications later and they were gone.

Well, I'm sure we've all been there. It could be good to buy a couple of different brands if you have the funds. This way you can see what you like. I actually use Vaseline or Eucerin. If your skin starts to turn red(that could happen if you're super dry) then I reccomend Eucerin's Calming Cream.

well my legs and arms used to be like that too. all you have to do is put on body lotion on all dry parts of your body once in the morning, and if needed in the afternoon. i would try using suave body lotion, works for me!
