some of them have gray eyes, some even have beautiful blue

Not all black people have brown eyes....but eye color is determined by your DNA and brown the dominant trait for eye color. So maybe it is a more popular trait in their gene pool, but it doesn't mean that all black people must have brown eyes

I have brown eyes and I'm not black. But I do know black ppl who have really pretty green eyes...or blue...or kinda violet..

I imagine it is complimentary to their darker skin and hair color. Brown is a dominant color gene, as is the darker skin and hair.
Many redheads have freckles and green or blue eyes...same scenario, with non-dominant (recessive) genes coming through.
I think it works out nicely as people's natural coloring, (skin, eyes, hair) usually looks good the way God made us.

That is a dumb question! Asian people, Indian, White and Hispanic people have brown eyes too. Black people also have blue eyes so why is it so questionable that they have brown? I don't know if you ever had a science class but it is something called genetics duh!

's All about our melanin-saturated cells- I do believe. That, and the way the light reflects off of our beautiful eyes! Hazel for less melanin, Darker brown for more...

not all black people have brown eyes. i would guess though those that do would come from thier parents.

Something to do with dominant genes. Dominat genes favor, dark hair, and eyes.

I don't know the answer exactly....but I know one black person who has the most BEAUTIFUL brown eyes......my Snoop Dogg....oh, those eyes......sigh......lol
