usually they don't. however, vinager is a very good cleanser for the vaginal and uterine canals. in most cases, a vinager douch after a menstrual cycle helps to clean and prevent yeast infections for active women. a yeast infection occurs in those who allow the normal ph level, which is slightly acidic, to rise to a state above neutral, that is a base chemical balance.
this can occur whenever such things a corn starch or baby powder gets into the vaginal opening and causes the ph to rise. the yeast which infects the area, thrives in a base environment, but cannot live in the normal acidic ph of the area.
vinager, an acid in water, is a natural solution used for centuries by women to keep themselves clean and prevent yeast infections. it oly takes a small amount of vinager to make a good solution.
just so you know, ph is the measurement of acidity and basidity of a chemical. water (pure) is ph balance of seven. acid is under and base is over that amount. total acid is 0. total base is 14. an acid is hydrocloric or sulfuric, for example, and a base is sodium hydroxide or iron oxide. any acid mixed with an equal amount of of base creates a salt. you know the most common salt as table salt. the acid hydrochloric acid mixed with an equal amout of sodiun hydroxide base, creates sodium chloride, (table salt) and plain water.

Its called a douche, which is used to clean out your vagina. I would not suggest trying it unless a doctor says so. Best of Luck,
