Lazy is the wrong word to use, fat generates estrogen. So they have this desire to make a cozy home and nest on the couch. Nope fat people are not lazy. They may in fact take very good care of their friends .That's survival .

Not necessarily, it depends on the individual, there are lazy skinny people and industrious fat people. Personally im average, as is my hubby and we both work very hard, I know overweight people who work hard and I see a lot of lazy ones. Unfortunately you can work hard at a desk job, which doesnt afford a lot of oppurtunity to trim, so it depends what you mean by lazy I suppose.

I'm skinny and I'm lazy (well, a procrastinator)
I agree, but typically being fat (really fat) causes the body to be slower and strains harder to do simple things (walking up and down stairs) so people may tend to avoid those things.
It's a steriotype- just like all steriotypes, they don't apply to everyone, but they did come from some truth

becuz they stereotype

Because they just can't possibly imagine that someone might actually have a medical condition which caused the excess weight and/or makes it difficult to shed the extra pounds no matter what the "large" person does.

I figure let 'em judge, because eventually they'll gain some weight, too. Maybe not be overweight, but they probably won't be as skinny and trim as they were when they were busy judging everyone else.

That is definitely true, but does being lazy make you fat?

I'm sure there are alot of overweight people who work hard, but it's unfortunate that they can't take that same energy for working and put it into making themselves physically fit to lose the weight.
Personally, I find that doing routine exercising (i.e. following the same exercise as these boring instructors from the DVDs) is boring...there are other fun ways to stay fit (dancing, playing sports, swimming).

Of course not. There is no reason why a fat person shouldn't be just as industrious as anybody else.

No it doesn't make you lazy....but being lazy can make you fat.
Again, this doesn't apply to everyone though..
