what activity do you like and what are you confident about? That are the kinds of activity you should be looking forward in. If you are good in sports and have a good time, then join a sports activity. It all depends on what you like doing that makes you proud of yourself.

I always find that doing something where I grow and learn makes me feel better about myself. Perhaps you could take a course. You can dress up all of the time. People who dress well tend to feel better about themselves. I find that I usually feel much better after a church service. You can get your hair done differently. Buy some new clothes maybe. Start a exercise program if you don't have one already. Another thing....and you are going to think this is CRAZY!! you can stop watching television for a time. I find that the less TV I watch the better I feel and it's not surprising considering the pure JUNK they show these days. I'm not saying toss your television into the garbage. I'm suggesting you just try it for a week. There's all sorts of things you can do that are better then watching all the depressing stuff on TV. You can read, sew, bake, spend time with friends, take a class, go to the gym, take up a hobby like scrap booking.

Activities that you could do to make yourself feel better are yourself, are the simplest things. =]
Sometimes, one little thing can boost your self-esteem.
Try being with the people that love you. =]
Family, is a big factor, since usually they are the closest people you have. They can help you out.
Succeeding in a change of lifestyle is another.
Maybe if you're a student that doesn't listen and just sits there, try participating and you will see success in being a student.
Eat healthy and exercise because you'll feel better about the way you look, and exercise has endorphins, which make you feel happy.
Try participating in sports, clubs, societies, things you may be interested. If you are interested in tennis, practice and seeing yourself succeed will make you feel better about yourself. Maybe sing if you really enjoy singing or making music.
Try NOT to get caught up in FAKE life, such as video games and television, because it makes you feel bad about yourself to have nothing else to do. A little bit is fine though.
If all doesn't work, try and going to counselors, friends, family, or even public events to see others just like you. If you city runs a program for self-esteem, check it out!
Also, if they are habits or things you don't like about yourself, try and break your habits. Also, things you don't like about yourself, can ALWAYS be replaced with another trait.
If you're ugly than dress nice, put on make-up, do your hair, and change it!
Remember you're in control <3

Try to find a fun physical activity; the endorphins it produces always helps. Also, it will help you feel better about your body. It can be anything--jogging, kickboxing, yoga, rock climbing, hip hop, ballroom dancing...anything! For instance, I bought a punching bag that I keep in my room. Using it helps me feel strong. I also enjoy jogging for the same reason.
Second: think about starting a new hobby that will give you a sense of confidence, something fun and rewarding. There's all sorts of things out there. You can take a class to learn a hobby, or teach yourself with books and videos. Cooking, sewing, making dolls, origami, painting, carpentry, computer programming, learning a new language, cultivating bonsai trees...something that takes advantage of your skills. Then share your creations with other people--hearing them ooh and ah over them will be rewarding and affirming. Make sure the hobby is something you enjoy just for yourself, though, because that's the most important thing.
Hope that helps, and chin up! Good for you for taking action about feeling better about yourself. :)

do something that you feel comfortable and confident in...such as cooking. If you serve that to others and they enjoy it, you feel good.
