Old post, but I have to answer for the people that use this site for dating advice. Here's the simple answer. It could mean a lot of things. Some girls enjoy role playing as a cat around their men, others use things like meow to tell you they're feeling playful or horny, still others use it to try and see if you'll react to it in a certain way. IE: "Aww, who's a good kity?" Bottom line, I'd be here all month trying to spell out every possible thing it could mean. Just go with it.
