I'd rather work for a company with excellent reputation and a high salary. But for the sake of this question, I would go with the lower salary. Better to earn a clean living and have a good rep than to live a life being worried you're going to lose everything because of the people you work for.

I don't really care about the reputation of a company, but if it was doing something illegal or wrong then no I would not work for them.

It would depend on what thecompany does bu for the most part i'd take the money
