have you ever been in a situation where you had to take your child or cousin or neice to the bathroom of the opposite sex?
by this i mean eg if you are a man have you ever taken your little neice or daughter to the ladies restroom and vice versa for women?
where you ever in that situation? how did you deal with it?

Oh my god....you just reminded me of the time when my father had to take me into the men's room to use the restroom...I guess it would look odd for a man to walk into the ladies room with his 4 year old daughter....oh god, but it was soo weird. I feel soo gay now...

I have this kind of problem all the time............. I am a mother of three boys under 10 and they dont want to use the ladies because they aren't allowed to at school! I don't know who or what dangers there could be in the gents rooms but they are always telling me they will be alright.
It does freak me out cos I was approached in the ladies by a man when I was 8 and you hear of that sh!t happening.
Sometimes I'll make them use the ladies or I'll try to see into the gents. I must look desperate sometimes tho!

You know nowadays a lot of places have family bathrooms. I have seen a lot of malls and theaters etc.... that have them. They are specifically for this situation so you don't have to feel awkward but you can still supervise your child. I like the idea because I have had situations where I found out my son asked the busboy at a restaurant to help him with his zipper because it was stuck! Talk about panic!!!!! I have also heard horrible stories of kids getting killed in bathroom.... probably urban myths but it still makes a mom worry.

I've taken grown men into the men's room. But I work at a camp for people with special needs and many of them need help in the bathroom. No big deal.

You'd be on the set of coronation highway! In concept i think if no longer something ever happend,there could have been no super Bang which might advise that circumstances for existence does no longer have been created!! In physics isn't there a regulation that states each action HAS AN equivalent AND OPPOSITTE reaction?? for this reason if there replaced into no preliminary action,evoloution does no longer exist.... no but my mom did take me into the girls room one day cus the mens was full
tha way to deal with it is to tell ur neice not to usually do that and no give a d@mn if others stare cus if they do then they the one wit the issues

Yes! Alot of times when I have to go to the bathroom really badly I go to the opposite sex bathroom.

Yes, I had to take my nephew to the bathroom,he was six but if the kid is seven or older they can go to the bathroom by themselves; just tell them if your not out in two minutes send someone in there that works there after them or go in there yourself.

i work with developmentally disabled men and had to take them into the guys bathroom all the time. worse was when i was in there a worker from the place we were at came in there and began to urinate right in front of me. i figured he could have went into a stall but he didn't. he probably figured i seen it all. it really don't bother me. i would rather use the mens anyway they are always cleaner but i don't!

.... You're supposed to take them to YOUR restroom. People don't care that they're little kids... however, people give a crap when they find a full-grown adult in the opposite gender's bathroom.
Well, I guess if you're a guy, it'd be unsanitary to take a female into the men's bathroom because that place is nasty!
