Massage their co-workers? Hmmm, that's something you should look into if he is doing it a lot and what type of massage. What's wrong with hugs? Or does he just like to give a tight "squeeze" to all his female co-workers, that would be different.
Either way, TALK TO HIM about it and let him know how you feel. Put some "spice" in your sex life and get his mind off of othe women.

Someone is touchy feelie. Someone needs to keep his hands to himself. Not appropriate at all. (concerning the co-workers)
A brief hug of the opposite sex that is a close friend of the family...not so much a problem. Still one must draw a line.

The massage thing would be a BIG no no. I would tell him it is unacceptable. The hugging thing..if it is just a friendly hug, I don't see that as wrong. My hubby and I hug other people all the time, that's just the way we are and it isn't sexual or anything out of line. I guess it depends on HOW he hugs...HTH

He just must be a hugger huh? Does he hug everyone? I love to hug everyone and I am not cheating. Text message or email? Opposite sex? If only the opposite sex, maybe I would worry

I'd tolerate a hug - a friendly hug. But, massage? No.

I would be mad. He is disrespecting you. His co-workers should not even let him touch her. You guys need to talk to a counselor together becuase that is not right.

Some peopleee are very touchy feely. I am one of those people. If your spouse is anything like me, then it means nothing for you to worry about.
On the other hand........
