It is heart warming how many people mention the memory of their deceased parents. Mine are gone too and I agree....It is just not the same without them!

My best Xmas was in 1997, i went home to see my (from Australia to the UK) mum.We had a great time, soon after I returned to Australia my brother rang to say she has died.

Well, let's see, there was December 25, 1985, the day I was born...but besides that, it would have to be December 25, 1998, simply because it was the last Christmas my father was alive for.
