Yes they do. Dolphins are not fish, they are mammals. And in order to be a mammal, an animal must have hair on its body. The only place hair can be found on the dolphin is near the blow- hole and it is only a small amount. But dolphins are true mammals as they are warm blooded, give birth to live babies, breath air, and have hair.

All of the Miami Dolphins I see on the field have hair. Maybe one or 2 shave their heads.

They probably have hair in their hearing devices. We have tiny hairs in ours so we can hear and they are mammals too.
