omg, every month for about a week before, they hurt so much I wish I could take them off and leave them home! But I can't, so I strap the girls in and we go about our business..... but I sure am glad when I get home again and can take off that bra!!

Breast tenderness/soreness is VERY common during your period or PMS. Most women do NOT like to be touched there when the breasts feel like that. Don't worry - the pain will go away.

yes, usually a few days before i get my period which gives me a heads up that it is coming soon

Hormonal fluctuations can cause breast tenderness. Avoid caffiene a few days ahead, and that can help!

yes it is becasue when you are on your cyle your tissue and things are sensitive

yes they do not every month but quite often they do. and it sucks. i have my bf rub them for me haha
