Assuming 100% reaction with H2SO4 and KOH.

H2SO4 + 2KOH --> K2SO4 + H2O

15 mL = 0.015L and 10 mL = 0.01L

(0.015L x 0.025mol H2SO4/L x 2molKOH /1molH2SO4)/0.1mol = 0.075M KOH
