The zero down payment has to do with the financing...not the particular home that you are looking for. There are some people who are willing to do owner financing on properties that they want to sell and some of them will offer no money down deals. However, you should go to the bank and see if there are any programs that would qualify you for zero down. There is a VA program like that, also, there are some other things. You should ask at a local bank.

Find the house then if you are a military veteran then apply for your Veterans benefits. Apply for VA loan.
