Well first of all get a pad dont subject yourself hard surfaces. Why punish yourself doing that? Lay low of that sort of stuff.Soak your knuckles in salt water and smooth on some lotion.I personally love to lather on vaseline at night and put either gloves on or just plain old white soaks and leave them on all night. Do this for a week and they should be getting better.

Why on earth have you been doing that. The simple classic exercise alone is impressive on its own. Why do you feel the need to impress people by doing them on your knuckles on rocks! If you want to smooth them out, stop doing that. Also, keep them very clean- use peroxide if they are really cut up. Once the start to heal a little bit, use lotion to promote circulation and stimulate growth of new skin cells.

Well DUH, why were you doing that??
I would use something like Neosporin on my hands at night and put on some latex gloves overnight to help them heal. Do it each night until they seem better. Even Vaseline would help the enormously. I use it on my feet at night.
Next time use a smooth floor or a mat for the pushups.
