Things that can go wrong on the right side of the abdomen are: Appendicitis, Ectopic pregnancy, Ovarian cyst, ruptured ovarian cyst, gas. The most worrisome is appendicitis.

Common symptoms of appendicitis are: fever, anorexia (no appetite), nausea, vomiting. if the appendix bursts then the pain becomes generalized all over the lower abdomen.

Take a pregnancy test. If it is positive, you could have an ectopic pregnancy which, if untreated, could rupture and cause internal bleeding. If it is negative it could be one of the diagnoses mentioned above.
