On the way back from my lunch break today, I saw about ten cars pulled to the side of the road. Their occupants were all out in the middle of the intersection, trying to round up a stray dog before it got hit by a car. I think it was just that so many people that seemed to be from so many backgrounds interrupting their busy day to do something selfless that really gives me hope..just little things like that..

The number of people on Yahoo Answers from all over the world trying their bit to help or give comfort to an unknown in distress. It shows that most people lay aside artificial divisions like religion or nationality or colour, but come together as one family to help a fellow human being cope with some stress of life.

A big THANK YOU to Yahoo Answers for providing this opportunity for the world to come together.

Hi Kido Do you suppose that, if we make the effort, we could see that an individual restores your religion every day? Little matters imply such a lot, When you get as historical as I, you simply do not appear within the reflect, however appear at others alternatively. I have one foot within the grave and a further on a babana peel. My household is hoping that I slip quickly to get an inheratance. Fooled them, no longer that historical and there isn't even cash to throw my frame within the swanp. Aint it humorous? If you've gotten cash, I will take it for the swamp or whatever a laugh. LOVED YOUR ANSWER LAST NIGHT. THERE WERE SOME GREAT ONES THAT PERKED ME UP. THANKS, YOU RESTORED MY FAITH IN HUMANITY. GRANNYWINKIE

Once I watched someone teaching a blind person how to use a white cane near our transit station. He was letting him walk by himself, but looking out for him to make sure he was okay. I know it was his job to help this guy (he worked for the Institute for the Blind), but there was something so compassionate about it. He was helping him to regain his independence. It was beautiful.
