i know a way to loose weight fast but its not the smartest way, and i lsot 7 pounds in 2 days doing this, but then stopped, but i guess ill tell you this dont eat all day then at teh end of teh day go running for atleast a mile and weight be gone, and just 2 days was 7 pounds but its dangerous i woke up very light headed, i suggest if you want tot ry this to atleast eat a granola bar every 2 days. and ive kept the weight off and lsot yet another pound
but a way to speed up your metabolism is just by what you eat and how you exercise it off the more you eat the more you exercise the faster your metabolism gets
and another dieting tips lsot of water will get everythin gthrough your system faster and less carbs it works =]
