at my earliest opportunity I go home, take a long soak in a tub and hit the bed. i may watch some tv from bed, but that room and the tub are my sanctuary. i do not answer phone calls, i do not speak if I don't have to. I sometimes have a glass of wine while in there. it helps and it works. good luck.

You just continue the day, and the next day wake up. When you wake up hopefully you'll have a better day then the day before. If it does not work then make the bad things seem good.

Get home, throw on the sweats, pop open a cold brew, put in my Hogan's Heros DVD's, and let the gang at Stalag 13 give me a good laugh.

well, since we are all different
all i can say is what i do,
If I'm having a real bad day
i either meditate or write some
music with moody arrangements,
& if that doesn't work, take a walk
in the breeze, listen to music
or just go to sleep!!
