I dont know for sure. My sisters teacher(nurse and LPN teacher) helped a 9 year old give birth. She worked at the hospital and when they said that she had a 9 year old to help she thought like 19 or 29 but an actual 9 year old gave birth to a 6 pound baby. It was a very sad story to hear. I completely feel for people like that...

there is a girl who was only 5 or 6 about 30 or 40 years ago. She was in a latin country. I saw a history channel program on her. crazy.

I saw in 60 minutes somtime that in India or Sri Lanka, the girls get married at like 11 yrs to men in their twenties and thirties. They have a kid as soon as they get married. The girls that we saw could breat feed the baby because their breasts were too small. Sad really.

i found a site that says the youngest mother to ever concieve a child was a 5 year old peruvian girl... which to me sounds sick and morally wrong.. below is a site where it talks about the lil girl
